Graduate Induction Programme

Challenge

Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) were delivering a two-day Graduate Induction programme for 400 graduates recently recruited across the business and were keen to include a session that would enable them to ‘hit the ground running’ within their first 90 days.

Approach

Capp delivered an interactive and high impact 45-minute session, for 200 graduates per session, titled ‘How to SHINE in 90 days’. The session enabled graduates to:

  • Search out unlike minds and build connections
  • Help others understand their strengths and preferences
  • Investigate their assumptions and check for autopilot
  • Notice their brand and how they’re perceived by others
  • Expect and prepare for disruptions and challenges

Impact

Over 70% of graduates rated the session as ‘Excellent’ – the second highest rated session after that of the Group Chief Executive. As a result of this, LBG requested Capp to convert the session into a pre-recorded webinar that is now available to all employees across LBG through their LMS.
