We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to open the US market and NYC office. This strategic recruitment software industry executive will develop the strategy for market entry from positioning to pricing, assessing the competitor landscape. In addition they will build out, hire and manage a small team in NYC for sales and support.

Lastly they will gain traction with bringing on some initial logos. Working very closely with the CEO who will be in the US on a regular basis (in addition to other senior level execs in the UK) this is a critical hire for the company in its global growth plans.

Competitive Base Salary + Bonus (based on rev targets and MBO’s) with equity participation
